Healthy canton

I missed the pancit canton in the pack so i tried to cook a canton it just turn out to taste like the old time favorite, only it's a healthy version, so try it and enjoy.

1/8 Egg noodles  
1tbsp Olive oil
4 cloves Garlic
1 medium Onion
2 C Water
1 tbsp Soy sauce
Lettuce (for garnish)
Monay

Old time favorite pancit canton?? *lucky me* got it! that's the taste of it, only with natural ingredients, tip: lightly toast the onion before adding water for that flavor to come out naturally. happy eating!


Procedure:
Put a little amount of olive oil in a pan, sauté the garlic and onion, when it turns brown,  add up the water then add the soy sauce, you can add up more soy depending to your taste. Put the egg noodles in the mixture until it's done. garnish over the lettuce and serve with monay, thanks
