Spanish sardines

what you need...

1/2 kilo fish (sardines, mackerel, tuna, milk fish)

1/2 cup veg oil (olive or canola oil preferred)
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
2 bay leaves
1 medium carrot (sliced)
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp peppercorn
water enough to cover the fish


cooking now...
  • place the fish in the pan and put all the ingredients
  • cook in low fire until water evaporates and only oil left
  • you can fry a little bit or serve it as it is, enjoy!
