2 tbsp canola oil
1/2 cup water
1/4 kilo broccoli
1 square tofu
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
pinch salt
cooking now...
- Wash the broccoli then cut to pieces
- Slice tofu in bite size, about 1/2 inch
- Heat oil in wok and then add broccoli, salt, tofu, water and cover, let it stand for 3 mins in high heat
- Add oyster sauce and light soy sauce, boil for another 1 minute. Serve hot!
