I haven't been posting this few days, i'm wondering if i can find a raw cookbook but i cant find any so i'm just trying to create my own, haha

Palutang - A Native in Philippines, it's very popular anywhere you go. Palutang is mostly seen when it's New year's eve, because as a tradition it is one of the lucky food in this event of the year. We have a belief that all those in circle are lucky by bringing us money for the next year.

ingredients:

glutinous rice
grated coconut
muscovado sugar

Very native, i love Filipino delicacies, a bland sticky food with the natural sweetness given by the grated coconut and muscovado, time to eat... happy eating!

To prepare the the 'palutang' just follow the instruction at the packaging for the mixture, then make a small ball then flatten it to make a flat circle, set aside. Boil water in a pot and when it is already boiling, drop the flatten circle of glutinous rice and when it float it is already done, put in a plate then add up grated coconut and sugar.
