Juice diet is a way for our body to catch up on those nutrients that our body is lacking for a long time due to the change of lifestyle. You might ask how juice diet works? Juice diet works because the nutrients in juicing fruits and vegetable is faster absorb by our body rather than eating the whole fruit and wait for it to be digested by our body before the nutrients are absorb, the nutrients from the fresh juice go right to work in our body, and those nutrients will release their healing properties immediately, yes! these fresh juice can heal and also juicing is a great way to lose weight because it already satisfies out appetite but has few calories and fats.

Our body need 5-7 servings of vegetable and at least 2 servings of fruit in a day in order to get the right amount of vitamins and minerals. Those vitamins and minerals are abundant in fresh fruits and vegetables, many experts says that our diet should consist of 50% raw fruits and vegetables but many of us get the diet of high fat, high sugar, high carbohydrates and the worst is the greasy fast food, which is loaded in sodium, chemicals and starch.

And as the world today, many of us, our daily intake consist of part or completely - of burgers, pizza, processed meat, chips, cheese, fried food and soda that is tough for our body to digest, these are what we called empty calories (not containing nutritional values), our body is being invaded with poisons for years and as we grow old and abuse of our selves our immune system breaks down.

Now, there is a hope to catch up what we lose on those past years, it's is by juicing the fruits and vegetables, i know that you need to eat a lot of these in order to get all what your body needs, by juicing your stomach does not digest to a bunch of vegetables or fruits, with the help of a juicer you can make juice in no time and get the enzyme of it, these enzyme enable the body to metabolize the food we eat thus giving us the nutrients so our body can recover and repair it self from the toxins we ingest. Enzyme are sensitive to heat that's why when cooking vegetables and fruits, the enzymes become sluggish and die. To get the enzyme to it's full function it's better to eat the fruits and vegetables raw, and of course to get more, juice it!

Added Information

You can always spice up your juice by adding spices, for the fruit juices you can always add cinnamon, nutmeg or honey. For veggie drinks you can add cayenne pepper, garlic powder or Tabasco.
