what you need...
500g shrimp
1cup ice cold water
1 egg
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup flour
pinch of salt
bread crumbs
sauce..
4tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp liquid seasoning
1tsp muscovado sugar
cooking now...
- Cook the shrimp, remove the heads and shells of the shrimp, de-vein it
- Make sure that water is iced cold
- Add the egg and mix, stir in the cornstarch and flour, add some salt
- Dip the shrimp to this mixture then coat with bread crumbs
- Deep fry until golden brown. Mix the sauce ingredients, serve! and happy eating!!!
