Adobo


1kilo Pork or chicken (you can mix, 1/2 kilo both)
1 head garlic crushed
1 red onion cube
3 cup water
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup vinegar
2 tablespoon peppercorn
1 pc bay leaf

Mix everything, cook in low fire for 45 mins, if you want a thick sauce mixture, set fire to high after 45mins for 5mins or until the sauce thickens.

Enjoy!!!

Optional: want it spicy?? Just add 10 chilli when cooking for 45mins.
