(Ginisang kalabasa) in Philippines
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 medium onion (minced)
2 tomato (diced)
1/2 kilo winter squash
1 1/2 cup water or pork stock
1/8 kilo pork sliced (boiled)
salt to taste
fish sauce to taste
cooking now...
- heat oil in pan
- add garlic, onion and tomatoes
- add squash and water and pork
- cover until squash are cooked
- add more water if necessary
- season with salt and fish sauce
- cover for another 1 min, serve.
