what you need...
1/2 kilo dory fillet
2 eggs (beaten)
bread crumbs
white pepper to taste
salt to taste
Dip..
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp garlic powder

- cut dory in slices
- dip the dory slices in egg with salt and pepper
- cover the fillet with bread crumbs
- fry until golden brown
- serve immediately
