Crispy Dory Fingers


what you need...

1/2 kilo dory fillet

2 eggs (beaten)
bread crumbs
white pepper to taste
salt to taste

Dip..

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp garlic powder

cooking now...
  • cut dory in slices
  • dip the dory slices in egg with salt and pepper
  • cover the fillet with bread crumbs
  • fry until golden brown
  • serve immediately
