3/4 kilo milk fish
1 medium carrots (grated)
2 small onions (minced)
2 Calamansi juice
2 tbsp flour
2 egg (slightly beaten)
1 tsp salt
cooking now...
- boil milk fish for 30mins
- remove scales
- flake the fish and remove bones
- add the remaining ingredients to the flaked fish
- wrap the mixture to foil in desired cylindrical shape
- steam for 45-60 mins, serve. best with chili soy sauce
- this can be also fried after steaming
- now you have (Embutidong Bangus) in Philippines

wow embotidong fish. pano po ba nagiging giniling ung laman ng isda?? salamat po :)
ilaga mo lang sa tubig for half hour, para maprecook na din yung meat nya, tapos pag himay mo sa laman nun hiwawalay na sya, no need na iprocess pa sya na magiling, thanks for the visit. happy eating!
