what you need...
3 liters water
1/2 kilo pork ribs
1 onion sliced
1tbsp pepercorn
6 pcs saba sliced in half
1 corn sliced
1 bunch pechay baguio
3 tbsp patis
cooking now...
- Boil pork for about an hour in low fire
- Remove the scums that will occur on top
- Add Onions, Peppercorn, Banana (Saba variety), Corn, Patis cook for 1 hr in low fire
- Add Pechay Baguio, simmer for another 5mins
