Hi there, it's time to cook again and here is a recipe that can be eaten in break time or it can be a side dish into your main course. Prepare your tools and get ready to cook, enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp canola oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)

half medium onion (minced)
1 sweet potato (mashed)
250g bean sprouts
100g carrots sliced thinly
wanton wrapper

sauce:
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1tsp Bragg's liquid seasoning or soy sauce
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 onion (minced)

-combine all the ingredients

First saute the garlic and onion in a pan then add when it is turning brown add up mashed sweet potato and bean sprouts, do not over cook, make sure that the sprouts are still crispy. Wrap in a wanton wrapper then fry in a pan, set aside and serve with the sauce.

This is one of my favorite! very much Filipino cuisine, sweet taste because of the sweet potato that compliment in the tangy taste of apple cider vinegar and some onion to it, very! i mean it, happy eating!
