Vegetarian Bopis

Vegan friendly
                 -diet for people eating with no animal products.

Here is a new way to enjoy a vegetarian dish, this is a bopis made with mushroom, taste like real meat! same taste as the meat bopis Prepare your tools and let's start to cook!

Ingredients:

Olive Oil 
1 small size ginger
1 kilo mushroom meat
4tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 medium size carrots
1 medium size green bell pepper
1 small size radish
4tsp bragg soy sauce
pinch ground pepper 
pinch chili powder
cucumber



superb! taste like the real bopis that we loved, only to a healthy version... spicy bopis makes you eat a lot of rice, i guess, haha... happy eating!

Food facts:
- mushroom is best meat substitute, 
- this is not a vegetable or herb, it's a fungi
- it contain 80 to 90 percent water
- shiitake mushroom are use to treat colds and flu for many century


Nutrition facts:
- mushroom are good source of Potassium
- rich source of Riboflavin, Niacin, and Selenium
- mushroom are very low in Calories 


Health facts:
- mushroom is high in potassium, kidney failure patients should avoid this
- potassium is a mineral that helps lower elevated blood pressure
- it has copper, a mineral that has cardioprotective properties
