Boss Burger

Omnivore friendly
                       -diet for people eating plants and animals.


Who does not want burger? I think most of us are looking for the best tasting burger. This is the most abundant in the history of fast food but let us make a homemade, not process burger, let us do it at home and make it healthy that you can control the amount of your fat and salt intake. 






Ingredients:


for patty:
1/4 kilo ground beef
2 tsp Knorr liquid seasoning or bragg's liquid seasoning
1 tsp soy sauce
dash pepper


for dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise lite
1 tsp bb-q sauce


hamburger buns
romaine lettuce
green apple
tomato
cheese
onion


In a bowl mix the patty ingredients together and and set aside, let it stand at least 15mins. Prepare the dressing ingredients and when the patty is ready you can either grill or have it fry it in a pan using canola oil. Prepare and serve, happy eating!


Food facts:


- you can use mozzarella cheese for a low sodium diet.
- most of the ground beef you buy contains 50% fat and 50% meat including beef trimmings.
- for a healthier version try grilling your burger.


Nutrition facts:


- it can have as much as 300 calories depending on the condiments you want to add.
- saturated fat and cholesterol are quite high in these kind of food.
- talking of protein, you can get good protein out of it.


Health facts:


- for people having problem in their blood pressure should control their intake of hamburger.
- eating hamburger in a fast food frequently is not good to your health, for it contain too much sodium and fats are too high.
