My Salsa

Vegan friendly
                   -diet for people eating with no animal products.


A homemade recipe of Salsa, a great way to enjoy your tortillas or tacos, you can choose to make it medium or super hot, depending on your needs, hope you like it.


1 onion      
3 tomato
2 jalapeno
peppercumin 1tsp
bunch celery leaves
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder


 



mix ingredients in a food processor and there you go my favorite Mexican taste salsa... I captured it's taste with the right mix of ingredients, perfect for tortillas, this one is a mild flavor, add more jalapeno for hotter flavor, happy eating!

- salsa can be made also by blending fruits (bananas, pineapples, mangos and papaya are the most popular.
