-people eating plant and fish only.

Do you have any left over fried fish and you don't know what to do, as we know it's the best to eat fried fish when it is still freshly fried, but those cold fish are not so appealing to eat, so i have here a recipe that you can do in your left over fish and i guarantee that this is tasty and good. You will be asking for more or you will be frying more fish so you can do this recipe on those left over. So let's start and enjoy cooking.

ingredients:

fried fish (any kind)
6 cloves garlic (minced)
3 medium head onion (chopped)
5 large tomato (sliced)
2 cups water
salt (to taste)

Heat oil and saute garlic, onion, and tomato, and when nearly done add fish and water, season with salt to taste, easy as that peeps! serve hot and happy eating!

Food facts:

- Fish is rich in omega 3 that is good for the heart.
- by eating fish you are increasing your HDL or good cholesterol.
- tomato, the more you cook it, the more the lycopene it gives.
