Natural spaghetti sauce


what you need...

1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic finely minced
1/2 medium onion diced
6 pcs medium tomato 
red wine
1 tsp basil
oregano (to taste)
salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Parmesan cheese (low fat is better) 

cooking now...

  • sauté garlic and onion until the edge are brown
  • pour wine, let the garlic and onion be soak in wine
  • add the sliced crushed tomato (seeds removed), stir and simmer for less than a minute
  • add up the basil, oregano, salt and pepper to taste, simmer for 5mins. 
  • add to pasta and serve, happy eating!
