Good day! I got a new way to enjoy your fish. I prepare a salmon fish together with mushroom sauce. Fish is rich in omega-3 that is good for your heart.
ingredients:
canola oil
fish (any kind)
mustard
mushroom sauce:
1 tsp onion
1 1/2 tbsp butter or margarine
200g sliced mushroom
1/2 tbsp butter or margarine
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
1cup milk
spread the mustard in fish and fry in canola oil, after frying set aside. In a pan melt 1 1/2tbsp butter and add onion until lightly brown, add up the mushroom until soft and brown, set aside. Melt 1/2tbsp butter and add milk and flour stir continuously, season with salt and pepper, when the mixture is thick add up the mushroom and cook for 5-8mins. Top fish with the sauce, enjoy and happy eating!
