Green mango salad

Vegan friendly
                 -diet for people eating with no animal products.



Hey blog good day! i have here green mango salad that is perfect for any fried fish or meat. I made a step by step process on how to make it easy for you to do your own salad, i know slicing (Julienning) can take time but ill show you how to minimize your effort, it a simple but tasty side dish.

Julienning - term in culinary to cut in long thin slice.

ingredients:

1 green mango
6 cloves crushed garlic
200ml water
salt (to taste)

here is the process

first feel the mango then cut a thin slice like this



then cut mango on it's side to get thin slice of it


after slicing crush some garlic around 6 cloves


in a bowl combine garlic and green mango then add some water 


add salt gradually depending on your taste, mix it well the water should turn white like this (do not  drain the water)


and there you go, green mango salad!
